Physical Training (PT) is a key component of our curriculum, providing ample opportunities for physical education and sports competitions. The sports department is committed to creating a supportive environment within the school\u2019s sports programme. We offer a variety of age-appropriate outdoor and indoor sports. Our facilities include fields for cricket, football, volleyball, long jump, throwball, and athletics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, a cement court is available for basketball, along with two indoor badminton courts. We also provide facilities for indoor games such as chess, carom, and table tennis, all contributing to our motto of \u201cA healthy mind in a healthy body.\u201d As the bell rings, PT classes conclude with an energetic session, preparing students to tackle their academic challenges with renewed vigor.<\/span><\/p>\n
